  • Candidates: Individuals registering on Goheadhunt to seek job opportunities.

  • Employers: Organisations or hiring managers accessing the platform to identify and engage with candidates.

  • Partner Organisations: Employment services providers, training organisations, franchise networks, or industry bodies engaging with Goheadhunt to support talent pathways.


3. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal and business information necessary to facilitate recruitment, training, and workforce development services. This includes:

a. For Candidates:

  • Full name, contact details, work history, education, and references

  • Resume, video interviews, career preferences, and skills

  • Sensitive information (e.g. identity documents) for verification

  • Interaction history on the platform

b. For Employers:

  • Business name, ABN, contact information, verification documents

  • Role descriptions, communication with candidates, and hiring activity

c. For Partner Organisations:

  • Organisation name, point-of-contact details, and program-related information

  • Employer and candidate referrals or performance tracking

We collect this information via:

  • Account registration

  • Profile setup and updates

  • Job applications and interview participation

  • Customer support interactions

  • Use of platform features such as scheduling, messaging, and offer management


4. How We Use Personal Information

We only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected, including:

For Candidates:

  • Enabling discovery by verified employers according to visibility preferences

  • Supporting the application and interview process

  • Delivering tailored job recommendations and alerts

  • Enhancing platform features and candidate experience

For Employers:

  • Providing access to relevant candidates in line with hiring needs

  • Supporting interview coordination and communication

  • Delivering performance insights and recruitment campaign outcomes

For Partner Organisations:

  • Supporting candidate job readiness and placement tracking

  • Providing employer access for placement or job-matching initiatives

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.


5. Candidate Profile Visibility

Candidates control who can view their profile:

  • Open to All Verified Employers

  • Restricted to Exclude Certain Employers

  • Visible Only to Selected Employers

We don’t collect sensitive data (e.g. date of birth, address). 


6. Data Sharing

We don’t share data unless under the following conditions:

  • With verified employers or partner organisations for employment-related purposes

  • With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting or analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements

  • Where legally required, such as under subpoena or court order

Candidates and employers may request deletion by emailing: support@goheadhunt.com.au. We process all data deletion requests within 14 business days in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), unless prohibited by law.

You may access or correct your personal information by logging into your account. If you cannot update your data or wish to correct inaccuracies, please contact our support team.


10. International Data Transfers

Goheadhunt operates primarily within Australia. If international data transfer becomes necessary (e.g. for technical support or hosting redundancy), we ensure compliance with applicable laws and apply contractual safeguards in line with ISO 27001.
